Hello guys.
Thanks again to Jeff for his explanation about those absurd terms/concepts like ^trigger warning…microaggresion…safe spaces^ and all that crazy stuff.
Unfortunately all those dangerous concepts mixed up with political correctness is creeping up into social media and real world, as well.
I do not know if you guys are aware that recently Twitter, Facebook and YouTube have introduced new rules/policies against what they call ^hate speech^
I have already seen the effects of that on people I follow that have got strikes, or worse, their channel terminated…..for just telling how it is..no hate speech at all.
Besides that …..what on earth is ^hate speech^?….under that term they can fit whatever they want…..

Hey Dan, I didn’t know about that trend of hate speech on social networks and its implications.
I wonder if it would somehow have to do with the fact of feeling emotions, including some so-called negative emotions like being sad or angry.
As far as I can see, it seems that we are suppossed to be in a constant state of happiness. Not simply glad, but happy!!!
To make things worse, being sad or angry in a given moment is bad, it is allegedly related to an absolute state of hate, it is taken as a signal that something is going wrong, mostly on others, and so on and on, as we and our own self get a convenient pitch of suspicion.
As for the correct meaning of the term hate speech, perhaps Jeff would explain if we asked him, as he did so clearly in last week’s English Café with the terms trigger warning, microaggresion, etc, that previously you had asked, which I appreciate for I did not know either.

Cuca is not with me at home, only Gatufo, who is even more sad as me as the poor cat
doesn´t understand anything.
Since 6th of june Gatufo is waiting for Cuca, up at her side of the bed, waiting and waiting
for her without nearly moving.
Even Gatufo jumps up less on me or he doesn´t jumps at all for days and days.
It is incredible what animals are, the cat doesn´t has any explanation only feels what
he feels, Cuca is not at home, she is not up the bed, and he waits day after day.
Till when?
Only he knows.
