I own a small unit in a building that I put up on market two months ago in order to get rid of my student loan. Well , there is this real estate compony that representing my unit. They have website and everything. When I first called them , head of the compony drop by to look at the house in order to give me his expert opinions as to optimizing the look and condition of the unit. My condo unit is fixer upper. It is in dire need of renovation and its kitchen could use remodelling and appliances upgrading. His appraisal was not even close to my asking price. He says I have to follow the current market value or it will never sell.
His strategy basically was to put up the property for lower than its market value so the condo unit ends up getting multiple offer that will ultimately push the price up 100k or so.
But , that will prompt lowball offer , I said.
No , lowball offer occurred if u seem desperate. , sge replied
Man , I m desperate !! , I respond
No one has to know, He whispered.
Anyway , I went with his estimation
And the offer date is one week from now.
He says
The market is overheated.
And that ,In this The high demand market, I can make a sell in one week time. I m crossing my finger already
Honest , I bought the unite two years ago at a low price hoping I could flip it. Well , the plan back fired on me. I wound up paying maintains free and making monthly payment. Well , in my defence , business is not my forte , my strong suit if you will.
Today is the first open house from 2-4

What’s going on everybody?
Nothing much here.
I am vegetating while downloading podcasts for tonight’s shift.
I am in a kind of lazy mode waiting for my brain to send a signal to get up
and get out for a walk.
This last week, as I said before, trying to understand why and where those
“religious” organizations that originated in the US, I have learned about this
man William Miller and his followers called the millerites.
I am not sure whether they ever covered the subject here. I need to check that out.

Just a little note to say, everything is going as bad as in USA with the Spain´s Goverment.
It´s possible that I am not going to vote any more as this democracy is not a real democracy
at all.
Closed lists, not directly candidates and so on, beside after five months since the last elections
there is not any candidate to be first minister and they are going to repeat once again the
same elections with the same faces.
No, that´s not any reasonable way, and talking abount other country, the first west country
where everything that happens there affects all of us, what I can say is that I don´t like
the two persons that are going to be elected.
I know it is possible that Hillary could be the first woman elected, but there is something
that don´t fit about her.
Mr.Trump is even too much worst and he could be a real danger for all us with the extreme
ideas this man has said or think.
Not only that, what is the experience of this man? As far as I could imagina, nothing at
all.
So yes, the world is going some how through a way that sounds again like other
time when everything went to the worst a mind could imagine.
Having in mind I have not any grandchildren, only a cat, and three adult daughters
a don´t mind too much about the subject.
My thoughts now are on my dear wife Cuca, my Gatufo, and some other friend.
Nothing more.

be in my mind, and as I use to be there is some pesimists thoughts about what
we are doing wrong in this our society.

Hi, Emiliano. The thing I want to tell you is that you must not to worry about politicians, because they don’t care about anyone. The only thing they care about is their salary, their belongings and so on. So, don’t waist time with them. Let it go the way it goes. Nothing we can do to change this situation.

About English Café 554, the thing I liked most was the story of Manhatan Project, which built the atomic bomb, droped over two Japanese cities with the loss of thousands people. I think that action was useless because Japan was nearly beat, So why cause more deaths? One thing may be thought: the American industry of weapons makes money a lot.
