    Hello world,
    U know
The most productive time of the day for me is my everyday commute to and from work. Well , I live in suburb, work in downtown, and Toronto with its suronding suburbs is a mega city by any measures and standards.

    U do the math.

Yup , i spend a good 3 hours on commute to and from work every single day ,expect for Sundays.

It gives me a good time to myself.
You know , everday , I try to make the best out of it. I listen to the news , read digital papers , books , Eslpod materials.pretty much anything I can get my hands on.

Well, it is pretty much what I can do during the commute as the entire time I m confined on the buss or metro trains with a bit of walk in between.

Well, to that end , every night I plug in my phone so I have full-battery charge in the morning.

Well , all my commute functions is with and through the beloved , most devoted friend “my iPhone.”

If u are an iPhone owner , u probably have realized by now that apple people dropped the ball on the iPhone battery department.
iPhone , as multi functional and perfect as it is have this weak link , flaw if u will- that is its weak battery.

I mean, the battery never lasts one full day unless u just use iPhone as an email checker or a regular phone.

However, my understanding is , I mean, I think , it is safe to say that it is universally agreed that iPhone is meant for multifunctional use. Why else do we pay top dollar for it?

Try to watch a high resolution video clip or read books with it. The damn phone will accommodate you 3 or 4 hours tops.

My virtual friends , I commute to and from work everyday by myself.
My iPhone is my only companionship in my otherwise dull and dud everyday’s long work trip.

As a result , Every night before I go to bed , I make sure that my phone is plugged in all right !!!

Well , as u may have guessed by now. This morning I reached over to my desk next to my bed and ,to my dismay, I realized that the battery indicator on the top right corner of the screen blinking red.

I couldn’t surmise at the time how the hell happened. Well, In my defence , I had just waken up all grouchy and disoriented.
Now , looking back , I can piece it together.
last night , I forgot to plug my phone in for my stupid friend called in to remind me of sth.
stupid that I m , I fell fast sleep right after we hung up.

Man , this morning commuting to work was a pure torture. A never ending trip from the city limits to core downtown.

    Hi Pete.

My commute is only 20 minutes by car.
I was wondering, have you ever tried “regular” books?
    How are those called? Hardcover?

    Bye.

  4. Pete says:

    Hey Mari ,

    No worries

I just came across your note on the last Bolg post.

I have never heard of the song
But I will look it up for sure
    In 80s ?
    Man ,
I feel like 100 years old already

I don’t know what my words resonate with ,but one thing I do know that is my blog notes are always addled with tons of typo errors done through no fault of my own 🙂
    The thing is I m 6.3
U know ,the damn finger touch keyboard on iPhone is too cram for my giant fingers ergo typos.
I m trying hard to hit the digit keys one at a time. I angle my thumb so just the outter edge of it hits the intended letter but the neighbouring keys always get brushed up against.
    I know
    I know
I must get a laptop or iPad for the matter
    Well , the thing is , I m constrained by money. I don’t have any :)))
U know ,passed the monthly bill payments nothing will be left to spare :))

It is one of the perks of living in North America , there is always a heap of bills to pay at the beginning of every month.
Something ,we North Americans looking forward to every month :))

It is very nice of u to read my notes Mari

    Thanks again for the comment
