Yesterday and Friday I went hoursriding
There is a country site close to toronto that you can go horse back riding. It is a good 1 hour drive.
You rent a hours there and go pony trekking
I didn’t know the term ” pony trekking up untill yesterday
It means horse riding in county side
There was a sign on the road to here
” Pony trekking 90 kilometers”
I don’t know if it a common term
Oh Yeah!

Finally..some stuff from the countryside, good for us who don`t live in big cities=)
I wonder ..these horse shoes which bring luck..at my old summer farm there were horseshoes
facing up, now we have them over the door the opposite way.. !! Could this be a tradition, I mean,
horseshoes bringing luck..the European brought to your native Minnesota and other states?
Funny to read about the clover, which I found of lot of, usually I gave them to my sisters=), and
I also know about the rabbit`s foot, that is, here in Norway it`s the hare`s foot. Way back(that is when I was young), I used it myself, but then it was to clean the huge “bøle”(made of wood for
storing flour during wintertime.
As for the “male cow” ..thanks for that funny explanation;)
