Hi! Dear Lucy, I like the song “My Funny Valentine” by Frank Sinatra.
When you know better your partner, realize that he/ she is not quite the perfect person.
It is not so poetical living together every day.
But a defect can become a funny defect.
And we sometimes can admire a funny defect.
So I agree with Frank Sinatra.

Thank you for this song that I have never listened to it.

  5. Tania says:

Hi! Regarding the word “ability” (English cafe 486). We say “abilitate” with the same meaning.
Difficult to me as we have and the verb “abilita” with the meaning of “to license”
used in university field or to authorize.
