Using iPods and iTunes for Language Education

This presentation was originally part of the ACES and Apple Inc. sponsored workshop, “iPods and Podcasting in World Languages and ESL” on February 27, 2007, in North Haven, Connecticut. (It is intended for those with native or near-native fluency in English.)
Class Subscriptions
Class subscriptions are available for groups of 15 or more. The contact teachers will be sent registration codes for the number of students they want to subscribe. Teachers have two options:
- Teachers may give the codes to their students for them to register themselves (teachers should keep a copy of your students’ usernames and passwords), OR
- Teachers may register for their students and then give the username and password to each student.
To get a class subscription, email eslpod@eslpod.com with the following information:
- Contact teacher name and email address
- Your school name and city/country
- The number of students you would like to register
- The start date of the subscriptions
