Hello world,
This weekened in Canada is the long weekend. The occasion is " Thanksgiving." all the pligrim story that Jeff once or twice has talked about.
Basically ,thanksgiving is more of a family day rather family occasion in which family members get together eat ,talk ,and watch footbal games all day long.
The truth is ,I have a bad assosination with thanksgiving. You know ,it was thanksgiving in the year 2005 that I got sever food poisoning. All hurling ,stomach cramp, and so on . It was an awful experience. I was out of shape for one week or two. Now,everytime thanksgiving come along ,it reminds me of that morbid experience. Don't get me wrong,I m not against the custom. As a matter of fact ,I love the watching footbal games and yapping part,it is very delightful
,but I don't eat anything. Not touching any food is the strangest thing one csn do in Thanksgiving eve since The whole idea of thanks giving is boiled down to grace God for the crop and eating Thoes crop.
But,I can't ,I simply can't eat anything in the specific day
You know ,It is phcycological
Technical speaking,Thanksgiving day is a day of gluttony for many ,and for me is a day of fasting.

There is one thing I can't understand about Thanksgiving though. Thanksgiving is celebrated in Canada and U.S in totally different date in the calendar.
I mean ,us is today
And theirs is two or three weekeneds later. Somewhere in November I think ,and I don't know why ?
I found it very strange

Unfortunately I could not download podcasts from 2 days ago. I don’t know what the problem is. Is there anything wrong with the site? Or it is caused by my ISP?
I am from Iran. Please help!
